What is the payment frequency for the service?
You will be billed on a recurring basis every quarter, following the calendar year schedule. Payments are due at the beginning of each quarter: January, April, July, and October.
What is the length of the service contract?
The service contract has a 2-year duration, meaning you are committing to our services for a full 24-month period.
Do I need to pay for the hardware, and do I own it?
No, you do not need to pay for the hardware. The equipment is included as part of your service plan. However, the hardware remains the property of our company unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate arrangement.
